\nDear valued customer, our Bank Lunawada Peoples\u2019 Co-operative Bank Ltd.<\/b> is covered under the Reserve Bank of India \u2013 Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.<\/p>\n

\nIn case any complaint or grievance against the Bank is not addressed within 30 days or if not resolved to the satisfaction of the customer, the same may be addressed to the RBI Ombudsman of the respective area through the dedicated complaint portal.<\/p>\n

\nComplaints can be filed online on
\nhttps:\/\/cms.rbi.org.in\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\nAlternatively, complaints may be sent by email to crpc@rbi.org.in<\/b> or in physical mode to the
